Q: Do you offer mobile sharpening services, or do I need to bring my items in?
A: We do offer mobile sharpening for select items and locations in Northern Virginia—and we have a convenient booking form for you to start the process!
Q: Can you fix chips or broken tips on my knife?
A: Absolutely! Our team can repair minor chips and restore broken tips as part of our sharpening service. We love breathing new life into your favorite tools—bring them in and let’s see what we can do together!
Q: Is your service safe for high-end or expensive knives?
A: Absolutely—your blades are in great hands! We use professional equipment and years of experience to treat every knife with expert care, including your most prized pieces.

Q: How long does the sharpening process usually take?
A: Most items are ready within 24-48 hours, but many kitchen knives can be done same-day. If you have a specific deadline, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Q: Will you sharpen my knives while I wait?
A: For a few kitchen knives, we’re often able to sharpen them while you enjoy a coffee nearby.
For larger or more complex jobs, we’ll let you know our estimated turnaround time.
