Secure Dropbox Service in Loudoun County
The Potomac Sharpening Difference: Convenience Meets Expertise
You want your knives professionally sharpened, but your schedule never lines up with an appointment window — and life doesn't stop for dull blades, so they keep piling up on the counter while you tell yourself you'll book "when things slow down," even though things never do.
Our secure Dropbox service puts you back in control: drop your knives and tools off on your own schedule with no appointment and no waiting around, seven days a week from 7 AM to 9 PM, at our home workshop at 3 Exeter Court, Sterling, Va 20165.
Just hit the "open" button on the box labeled "Drop Off" on the right, fill out the customer form inside the plastic box, and wrap your knives in a dish towel secured with a rubber band.

You can fill out the customer service form here:

We sharpen them by hand to the correct edge angle, protect the finish, and have them ready fast — then we'll text you when they're done and for payment and send a PIN code so you can pick them up securely from the box labeled "Pick Up" on the left, all on YOUR timeline.
It's all the professional quality of Potomac Sharpening, on your schedule instead of someone else's — which is exactly why it's become a favorite among busy professionals who need flexibility without compromising on quality.
